| Instructions:
Simply enter a wage, select it's periodic term from the pull-down menu, enter the number of hours per week the wage is based on, and click on the "Convert Wage" button.
Note: Other than decimal points, do not enter any other non-numeric characters (commas, dollar signs, etc.) in the "Dollar Amount" column. Doing so will cause a JavaScript error.
